Líder indígena. Comunicador quechua, con inclinación a las relaciones públicas, investigación periodística y académica, redacción y manejo de redes sociales. Egresado de periodismo de la Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya. Especialista en proyectos de desarrollo social.
